Hongkong
You can order hk-domains at us. You must not have a settlement in Hongkong or live there, in order to get hk-domains.

The Pre-Registration of chinese hk-domains (CDN) is scheduled to start on 4 December 2006. From 4 December 2006 until 5 January 2007, existing owners of English-character hk-domains will be able to apply for the equivalent Chinese-character Chinese Domaen Names (CDNs). A restricted Sunrise period will start on 29th January 2007, which will be open to all members of the public. Open general registration will begin at the 8th March 2007.
